Lock Keith Robinson makes his long-awaited return to rugby when the Chiefs take on the Sharks in the Super 12 on Saturday.
Robinson has been out of action for almost nine months after a succession of back and knee injuries that have required surgery.
But if he can get through Saturday’s game and the rest of the season he must be a good candidate to again partner Chris Jack in the New Zealand second row against the British & Irish Lions.
Robinson comes into the Chiefs line-up and will play alongside young lock Bernie Upton with captain Jono Gibbes ruled out with a hamstring injury.
