Former Scotland and Lions captain Gordon Bulloch has returned to his homeland with West of Scotland.
The 31-year-old hooker, who previously skippered West to promotion to Premiership Division One in 1997, left Leeds this summer.
Bulloch has now decided to give up full-time rugby and will play for the Division Three team alongside a new career in commercial property.
He told The Herald: "I had a few offers after I decided to leave Leeds but it would have meant heading around Europe or even further afield.
"The last year was not the most enjoyable of my career.
"I don’t think it is any secret that it was a difficult time to be at Leeds, because the club wasn’t in a great state, with problems on and off the field.
"I still made a lot of good friends down there and it was a very valuable experience, but this just felt like the right time."
