France flanker Julien Bonnaire will leave Bourgoin at the end of the season and join fellow Top 14 side Clermont-Auvergne.
The 28-year-old, who has established himself as a regular for Les Bleus, has agreed a two-year contract with Clermont, with the option of a further 12 months.
It will bring to an end Bonnaire’s seven-year association with Bourgoin.
The back-row forward has played 24 times for his country and has been named in France’s side for this weekend’s Six Nations Championship opener against Italy in Rome.
