Jamie Roberts has told British & Irish Lions fans that intend to travel to New Zealand in 2017 they will be part be of an experience like no other in rugby.
The Welshman has toured with the Lions in South Africa and, most recently, Australia, wearing the famous red shirt in three Tests.
And Roberts will complete the clean sweep of southern hemisphere challenges should he join up with the Lions again in two years time.
The 28-year-old believes the honour of doing so is not just unique for the players, but also an incomparable experience for rival fans that traditionally unite together in impressive numbers.
“Playing and combining with players from other countries is quite unique as players,” said Roberts.
“But as fans as well there is nothing like it in world rugby.
“Running out on to the pitch and seeing that Sea of Red is pretty incredible, almost half of the United Kingdom seem to travel with us.”
