Bath have signed Cornish All Blacks hooker Neil Clark on loan to provide cover during the World Cup.
Former England under-21 front row Clark will arrive at the Recreation Ground at the start of next season and return to the Cornish club after the tournament in France.
Bath head coach Steve Meehan said: "In anticipation of Lee Mears being with England during the World Cup, we are looking forward to Neil joining us.
"We are sure that the experience will benefit him and the Cornish All Blacks and hopefully it’s the beginning of closer ties between the clubs."
