South Africa will celebrate their centenary of rugby with a match against a World XV at the Walkers Stadium in Leicester on December 3.
The venue is where South Africa played their first overseas match in 1906 and is to raise funds for the South African Rugby Players Association (SARPA).
"The match will form part of the overseas tours centenary celebrations of Springbok rugby as it was 100 years ago that the Springboks played their first overseas match against a Midlands Counties team in Leicester," said SARPU president Oregan Hoskins.
"It will be a special day and a number of other activities are also planned around the game which will contribute to the festivities.
"We had a tough encounter earlier in the year against the World XV and the players are looking forward to the challenge of showcasing their skills with fast, attractive running rugby which will entertain the crowd on the day."
