Wales head coach Gareth Jenkins is expecting two tough encounters with Argentina, despite the much publicised player strike that has rocked Argentinian rugby.
The Welsh have arrived in Buenos Aires on Friday ahead of the their Test matches in Puerto Madryn on Sunday 11 June and Buenos Aires six days later.
Wales’ tour party found there was no bus to transport them to their hotel when they arrived at Ezeiza international airport and Jenkins is expecting further challenges when his side take the field against the Puma.
"We’ve came here to face a competitive squad. It’s always good to face Argentina and this chance won’t be the exception," Jenkins told www.rugbyfun.com.
"Argentina are a very strong team, especially their pack of forwards. However, the three-quarters also play well."
Jenkins revealed his side will be look to counter the Argentinians’ physical threat.
"The idea is to play different than the Pumas."
"Argentina have a physical way to play, like South Africa.
We’ll try to look for some spaces and holes to win the match."
