British & Irish Lion Gavin Henson is still struggling with a long-standing groin injury but is optimistic he will be fit for the summer tour of New Zealand.
The Wales centre, who is having pain-killing cortisone injections, sat out the Ospreys’ victory over Ulster in the Celtic Cup quarter-final on Saturday.
"My groin problem has been going on since the autumn internationals and it’s difficult," the 23-year-old told BBC Wales.
"But I speak to my physio about it every day and it’s just about managing it and just training once a day.
"With the Lions tour so close it is a worry, but hopefully everything will come good."
