British & Irish Lions lock Alun Wyn Jones is demanding more from his regional teammates despite moving a step closer to silverware at the Millennium Stadium on Saturday.
The Ospreys beat Cardiff Blues – led by 2013 Lions captain Sam Warburton – 31-23 in the Welsh capital to secure their place in the play-offs.
But Jones, who toured with the Lions to South Africa in 2009 and again in Australia four years later, was frustrated with his side’s display.
And with two regular-season games left to play the 29-year-old is eager to lead a hike in standards.
"We're happy with the result but we're not happy with the way we got there," he said.
"There was a bit too much emotion around the occasion at the start and we didn't get into the game until the 30th minute really.
"If we're honest we weren't clinical enough at times. There was a large proportion of the game where we were pretty lacklustre. There were 15 turnovers in the first half and only five in the second half and that tells you something.
"We did well to get there in the end but we're well aware that if we play like that in the next two games we're not going to get a home semi-final in the play-offs.
“We will need to play better against Glasgow. We are in the play-offs, but it’s obviously a case of where we end up in the play-offs."
