The British & Irish Lions travelled from Newcastle to Sydney after their 64-0 win over the Combined Country XV today and took in some water recovery along the way.
The players used the pool at Knox Grammar School to get rid of the aches and pains, bumps and bruises from the fourth successive victory of the tour so far. Then some of them went one step further and went into the sea.
